Electron tube STR150/30 RFT is a voltage regulator 144 - 158V (measured at current 17,5mA). Allowed current range: 5-30mA. Operating temperature range: -55°C až +90°C. STR150/30 is a direct replacement for the 11TA31, STV130/50, STR150/30, 0A2, 150C2 and similar. New in box tubes. All available pcs are tested with RoeTest V10 (samples are in the gallery).
