Electron tube SG1P-EV (СГ1П-EB) is a voltage regulator 149±6V. It is improved version of the standard SG1P with extended lifespan and improved reliability. Allowed current range: 5 to 30mA. Operating temperature range: from -60°C to +125°C. SG1P-EV may be an option when replacing similar tube types like 11TA31, STV130/50, STR150/30, 0A2, 150C2. Pinout is identical, parameters are +/- the same, but you have to be carefull and compare the size of the SG1P-EV to the mentioned equivalents. SG1P-EV is significantly wider (up to 22,5 mm). So although SG1P-EV needs a B7G (small 7-pin) socket, the tube itself is significantly wider (like the noval tubes). Service life guarantee: not less than 5000 operating hours.
