voltage regulator SG1P - (NOS)
Electron tube SG1P (СГ1П) is a voltage regulator 149±6V. Allowed current range: 5 to 30mA. Operating temperature range: from -60°C to +125°C. SG1P may be an option when replacing similar tube types like 11TA31, STV150/30, STR150/30, 0A2, 150C2. Pinout is identical, parameters are +/- the same, but you have to be carefull and compare the size of the SG1P to the mentioned equivalents. SG1P is significantly wider (up to 22,5 mm). So although SG1P needs a B7G (small 7-pin) socket, the tube itself is significantly wider (like the noval tubes). Service life guarantee: not less than 2000 operating hours. New old stock tubes, directly from the factory packing. Year of production: 1974.
