triode 6S20S - (NOS)
6S20S (6C20C) is a Soviet high voltage triode with indirectly heated oxide cathode, which was designed for use as a voltage regulator in high voltage, low current supplies. Maximum plate dissipation is 25W. It is direct replacement for the 6BK4 tube. New old stock, directly from the factory packing. Year of production: 1983 (please look at the gallery pictures).
