2D1S (2Д1С) is a small soviet diode which main purpose is to detect ultra-high frequency oscillations in special-purpose equipment. Service life: around 400 operating hours (90% of the production). New in box, directly from the old reserves. Years of production: 1965 and 1966 (please look at the gallery pictures).
