Russian tube 6P42S (6П42С) was in the past widely used in the TV receivers. This indirectly heated tetrode with anode dissipation of 35W is currently mostly used in different DIY amp projects. It is very similar to the EL509 and 6KG6 tubes, but it is not a direct replacement, it has different pinout. New old stock. Year of production: 1982.
