Electron tube 6K14B-V (6К14Б-B) is a rare russian subminiature hf pentode with improved mechanical strength and reliability. Minimum service life: 2000 hours under prescribed conditions. Tubes are new, directly from the factory packing. Made in the 80's (please see the gallery).
