Electron tube VI1-5/20 (BИ1-5/20) is a soviet high voltage pulse rectifier in glass envelope and indirectly heated oxide cathode. Maximum reverse anode voltage is 20kV. Maximum anode current in pulse is 5A. This also explains its designation 5/20. It was used in special purpose radio equipment. New in box, directly from the old reserves. Original datasheet is included. Year of production: 1986 (please look at the gallery pictures).
