Soviet tube 6S9D (6C9Д) is a high frequency planar triode designed for amplification of power over a wave band from 33 cm. Service life guarantee is 600 operating hours under prescribed conditions. All of the available tubes are new old stock, directly from the old reserves. Made in the 80's (please look at the gallery pictures).
